Sunday Morning Adult Opportunities
On Sunday mornings during the learning hour (10:10-10:50), parents of children birth to age 18 meet in the library to discuss the joys and challenges of raising faithful children. Please feel free to join the conversation on any Sunday you are available. Sherri Engelbrekt facilitates the gathering.
Also on Sunday mornings during the learning hour a group of adults gathers in rooms 3-4 for study. This morning they will be selecting the curriculum for the coming 6-8 weeks. Please feel free to join the conversation. Sue Wolfram facilitates this group
Lenten Journey Study
Starting February 26 2012 please join the adult education hour in the study of "Lenten Journey 40 Days with the Lord's Prayer" by Henry F. French. Books for this study will be available for purchase in the church office - the cost will be $8.00.
Quilting:
If this is your area, we are in luck! The group meets Wednesday’s at 9:00 AM in the church and is always looking for those who want to help. Experience is an option, but a serving heart is a must.
Atonement Book Club:
The Atonement Book Club usually meets at 5:30 the third Monday. January’s selection is The Alphabet SIsters by Monica McInery. Book Club will meet at 5:30 pm on Monday, February 20th at Guadalajara. For more information about the Atonement Book Club call Debbie Grzybowski at 203-7643 . (The March book selection is Somebody’s Daughter by Marie Myung-Ok Lee.)
