National Youth Gathering 2006….We
will have an informational meeting at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 17, for
students and parents who are interested in attending or learning more about the
National Youth Gathering in Houston, Texas, next summer.
REVOLVE
Tour….All girls
from grades 7-12 are invited to participate in an exciting event happening next
fall. The Revolve Tour is a conference for teen girls presented by Girls of
Faith. The conference will include guest speakers and rockin’ music. The event
happens at the Target Center in Minneapolis on Friday and Saturday, November
4-5. The cost is approximately $100 per person and scholarship funds may be
available. If interested, contact

Youth Express CAN-do Attitude Toward Fundraising... Is your
house or storage area becoming overrun with aluminum pop CANS? We
CAN help! The youth are resurrecting their CAN collecting to raise
money for the many activities they are planning. A container will soon be
available in the parking lot to accumulate the CANS on an on-going basis.
Start saving your CANS and watch for the grand opening of the "CAN"tainer!

Scholarship Applications...are due in the church office by Sunday, May
8. If you are a college student in the field of education or are going to
be graduating from high school this spring and intending to go into education,
you are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Please stop in the church
office to pick up an application.
