Training Team Course
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
So you want to succeed as a leader or member of a small group ministry at Atonement as quickly as you can. You are probably asking yourself: “How do I do the right things that will help our new group function well together and help accomplish God's work within our congregation and beyond?” This course will teach you keys to success by putting you on the “paths to mastery” that many others have taken most of their lifetime to learn or have never had the opportunity to discover. Take the time to gain this wisdom today so you will not have to go through some of the struggles other small group leaders or members have encountered. Become an effective leader or group member that reaches success in whatever their passion is to achieve together.
